Onikai develops and operates software tools (notably Helion) that connect to user accounts on third-party exchange platforms via their official APIs. Onikai never receives, holds or manages user funds.

Onikai holds no financial license or authorization. The service is not an investment advisor, market maker, or crypto-asset service provider under any licensing regime in any jurisdiction. No investor protection specific to regulated financial regimes applies.
